I do visit from the English version as well but a couple of times, my message has come in Russian language and a bid to change the language wasn't successful. Well, I treated it as unimportant since the message was only when I filled my personal data and my alias passport changed to formal and the other was just some series of numbers I couldn't understand.

That started happening lately and it is anonying because I would have to wait for a long time befor getting mine and at time I'd be automatically logged out and have to start affresh, I sense that they are now having much traffic that has possibly started slowing down their server, I guess.

Absolutely right, it is not a big deal because it seems i don't have much problem with it at the moment, and about the sms notification i think they should fix it, because with i still using my previous provider also for communication, it will be better if i only use one service provider, i already asked them to fix this thing but it seems they are quite busy maybe to do that thing.

I think this bug might not just be coming all the time or most likely they may have improved on the delay. I sent some Webmoney to a friend yesterday through the WMZ site since I accidentally uninstall the app but the pin code didn't stay up to 2 mins to arrive.

Previously mine come instantanously. But now it stays for more thhan two minutes which makes me think that perhaps it could be another security measure or thereby because it has been continuing for two weeks now and it is annoying now.

Yeah, it seems there is an old bug in the site that always delays the sms notifications. I thing the wm site administration shouid look for that case and find a clue. For sometimes even after i send invoices to casinos it takes sometimes to get it deposited. But short time only.

But that thing only happening for few provider in my country, i asked few of my friends about it and he told me that there are 2 providers in my country that have problem with SMS notification of WebMoney, but after change it everythig will be fine, WebMoney for me still a good alternative of PM and the rate is totally great.

Yes, I feel sometimes it has to do with ISP because I have in one occasion had a delay of code arrival from a broker which when I contacted the customer care told me to use another ISP that the code shows sent but undelivered from their own end and when I did, it arrived.

Yes, I have also know that other service provider in our country works fine but the one I'm using is really delayed as I've recently transact in Webmoney and did not receive the SMS confirmation instantly. So, I think WMZ has difficulties in some but I still prefer it because of better values than Paypal.

I don't know if that is real from Webmoney so far, but if that is right then it is very annoying for other users, especially to those that registered their phone number but still does not get any code, but even like that you must use this because this payment processor could be used in many kind of online business.

This might just be from ISP because even till date, I find it very easy to receive the code and it comes as quick as possible. But then, I will advice you use the solutions since it runs on most OS and it is still safe and convenient to use.

I registered with the code and the code arrived during registration without any form of delay. This is a second thing I hate about them besides the messages they send me in Russian language.

That is their bug, i don't know what WebMoney team do it, but it seems the bug or glitch that exist in their system seems not all that fixed, i just hope their security hole also fixed, because webmoney have so many clients right now and not only from Russia but also from the other countries

Their system can't be perfect but then, I will still use. Just like their webpage that is not totally in change in English language but we can easily understand those already in the icons. While, still have experienced difficulties in the SMS code confirmation which is always delayed.

About their page, i don't mind with it because i see about 80% of their page already in english and all of the important page are in english too, and the other reason i like to use their service becuas eof the low fee, even the Receiver will be the one who burden the fee but that fee is low, not even reach to 1%

Nope,the receiver will not be the one that will burden the fees,yes I quite agree with you that it has low fees. I don't see any bug in there services,I think webmoney is just cool the way it is and it is my best payment processor.

Yes, it is the sender who bears the fees and it is relatively low, 0.8% which I see is the least, probably one of the least among regulated processors. About the site language, since important things are written in English, I wouldn't mind about those minor ones.

At least they state how much amount we can send than in other that you need to compute on your own. While, I know that webmoney is still good and has lesser fees but then, their disadvantage for me is the delayed sms code and also low value in our exchangers.

That's just a good part of it. You see the amount you will most likely send from the least. On the area of the value,for not less than three months now, it has remained at a very high rate in my country.
