Who is using the Webmoney user control system where you have your account tied to one PC only. I want to know how it works and use it too after reading about the security feature it has.

At least they state how much amount we can send than in other that you need to compute on your own. While, I know that webmoney is still good and has lesser fees but then, their disadvantage for me is the delayed sms code and also low value in our exchangers.
The delay of the sms code only is just a bug on there site but when you talk about low value in exchangers,I think you are referring to your country. Webmoney has the highest value with exchangers in my country.

You know sometimes I strongly believe that this delay is just dependent on some minor factors because for the past two weeks that I uninstalled the app since I was trying to save some memory for a temporal app I want to use on my mobile, I have been using their site and mine doesn't even stay up to 30 seconds. If I can still remember, I have used it not less than five times.

When you are making normal transfer,I think the sms code comes immediately but if you try to get the ENUM or tried to get verified,I will tell you that you might withness some delays in the sms code. I have experienced it so many times, but I think it is a minor issue.

If included Paypal and Neteller and Moneybooker then Webmoney is the fourth bigger price, it is around IDR 10000- IDR 10450 , so far i think that amount is good enough more than IDR 10000 already considered as high rate for e-currency in my country, but if you sold it to someone and not through exchanger you can increase it up to IDR 11000.

Well,I don't really know what you are talking about. What do you mean by after paypal, neteller and skrill,Webmoney is the 4th? If you check alexa to see there global ranking, you would see that Webmoney and PM has better ranking than Neteller and Skrill. Is it is because they are regulated makes you feel that they are popular than Webmoney,I guess you are wrong.

@hadg33: i think you are drunk a bit, i didn't talk about the rank of alexa here, i talked about how much the rate of Webmoney in my country, and as for PM that is because they are not regulated by those strict regulator so PM is popular because it used by people from scammerrs to honest person and also easier to use. But i also quite surprise to see WebMoney rank which is totally higher than Neteller and Skrill, it seems WM is the real competitor of Paypal

Well, I have not tried making use of those services, just the usual transfer stuff or something about sending which I haven't even find hectic. Simply loving the way it works fast too on Opera for mobile which unlike PM, I have to look for other browsers with some other configuration.

I think to some extent the webmoney can be much better for the payments. but it sseems the merchants that i personally seek don't accept the webmoney. they accept the moneybookers and the payza. which limits my preference for webmoney.

So who is drunk between me and you if you can finally succumb to the alexa ranking. Well,I don't really know how you understand it. For the fact that Webmoney has better ranking than Skrill and Neteller, that doesn't meant it is a competitor to paypal. Paypal has far gone beyond what Webmoney is just trying to achieve. Anyway,I think the demise of LR really made Webmoney to be popular.

In that regard, I think Webmoney is only trying to get access to merchants not too long ago. Most probably, the demise of LR brought some of them to a line of competition but in the near future, Webmoney will likely gain access to a lot of merchants and online stores. At least, I see it as more preferred after PayPal and money Booker's and I think it also covers more countries.

Yes, it does cover more countries however, not all countries have a god exchanger and merchants for the wmtransfer. I personally found more merchants with moneybookers compared to the other wmtransfer there as well that is what i have found.

Well, one might say these exchange services vary from country to country. Here, hardly would you find any of the exvhangers that do not support wmz. I mean, it always sits on top of the chart when it comes to exchange rates and it has been keeping it that way for long. I guess where some might not understand it much is the complicated nature of the payment system especially in the area of internal conversion of currencies.

In my country that is different, There are more exchangers that using Webmoney rather than SKrill, maybe because webmoney is easier to use and also have lower fees, aside from that, there are a lot of sites aside from forex that accept webmoney.

Yes, it is possible because each region has different demand for each of such currencies so we can never be sure about the type of demand for them. and that being said, if more webmoney merchants come out then we get to use the currency in many other places too. :)

I still see so many other merchants keying into it. One of the problems some of the merchants might have is the issue of the language which some let things in Webmoney might be written in Russian language which posses a problem of how to translate it. I remember when I clicked on the exchange to see how their internal conversion works, it first brought out a Russian language before I used Google translate.

Well,I think there is always an option to change the Russian language to English Language. I understand that when a user is navigating through the site,it would eventually change to the Russian language but when you look at the top right where the country flag is,you can always change the site language. The only time you might not be able to change the site is when you are making use of a mobile browser.

Webmoney is something I choose to use in future if more and more merchants of my choice starts to use them. It would be fun to consider using some of such payment processor because there is less control from our government while we use them and move the funds.

Same here in my country, more merchants are accepting Webmoney in my country and it still has the highest value in our local exchangers. I am having a serious issue in verifying my Webmoney account,I have submitted my international passport and they accepted it and I don't know what to do after then. There site is very complicated. I think I will have to leave my account the way it is as I just can't verify it.

i do not understand this processor i contacted support many times and they no help either, anyway i do not trust these programs they have
