That will really go far telling you they have a pre determined reason for initiating that. I mean, you stand a chance of averting 1.49% just for being verified. It is just an incentive because they wouldn't say they will upgrade their servers or system with the money they will be making with the higher fee. A strategy I must say.

I don't have any reason to verify my account here, they are not as legitimate as Paypal or Money Booker or Neteller or even Payoneer. even i must admit the rate in my country is very high, it is the first rate ever

sindarin, yes, and so do many. A lot of people wouldn't want to get verified for the single fear of PM not being a regulated processor and giving out their details is not safe. I wonder what it would take them to get regulated if not, I would have suggested they should to gain more confidence.

I rather use them that way and now on I will be making use of less of the and more of WM, but then verifying here is something which I wouldnt wanna do because of they are yet to be regulated and I wonder why they are asking for the verfication stuff.

I will store my document if they listed in CFTC or at least FCA just like moneybookers did, if they can do something like that i would be very happy to verify my account, also i got the information that they are from bellize and their hosting site is in Switzerland, if that information is right then i think this is quite bad to have our money here.

There extension is that of Iceland but then I do not know if they have any affiliation with Switzerland. PM has always been known for their anonymity and we can only believe that which they told us that they are in Hong Kong. There was a time they claimed to be in WTC Zurich but were denied as well so their issues are always complicated. You can read a combination of these extracts and make out see how complicated PM can be.

That iceland extension just for their own safety, .com will make their life in danger like LR. but from the link you gave i find few things about them, someone said that they are "virtually" in Swiss, and Hongkong is only their diversion so US/FBI will never try to raid them, if you search more about PM, you will find that their country has been change few times. from Panama to Hongkong

Yes, they are taking a lot of security measures these days to avoid the spying eyes of US by trying to conflict so many things in the eye of the public. The last time I logged into my account, I was asked to do some little survey which I believe is still in a bid to hear from customers about the quality of their service.

I only saw that thing once , but i think that is not important so i skipped it. But one thing that i realize until now is that we can make another Account here, i think we only have one account but we can have more than that also, and i just check their Bank withdrawal feature i see that my country is one of the whitelist country in their list.

Yes, I think for one I had the IP challanges and that is good for them if only they will become regulated and start giving some good service. Furthermore I havent logged in for long since I made up my mind to make less use of them so wasn't able to see the survey.

Well, payment processors do change their policies and nothing in this life remains static but the much I know and understand PM, they will be the last to get regulated because of what they will likely lose.

What surprises me is that how won't they be able to dictate my primary IP as obviously they are making use of my secondry IP which is that of my UCweb browser. They still have a long way to go because if that is true then I can have the paypal account created with my ucweb which is however impossible.

There is something with UCweb system or browser configuration that gets virtually everyone confused. Mine works under three different platforms namely default, desktop and IPhone and I believe you can gain access to the iPhone world with that setting. PM is not the only one in this because I have tried it in another site as well that think they have strong security feature.

I never find any problem with any IP detecting in Perfect Money, they send me regularly a notifcation with IP adress that trying to access my account, actually i feel safe with it and the best part is i know who trying to do something with my account

Nope, I think that in here IP in question, the phone been used does not just change the IP, the IP makes use of the country IP when its been operate from and also that or the ISP. So when we are browsing, there are two IPs and one is the primary one that show the exact country we are browsing from and the secondary one is that of the browser showing where the browsers server is been located. And mostly the recent ucweb browers are having US IP but perfectmoney shouldn't be concerned with that, they should be concerned on the primary one.

Well i just realiz that Perfect Money even have Iphone app that many iphone users can use, from what i see it will make us easier when it comes trade in forex. It seems that perfect money right now trying to expand their services also to the mobile phone users and not only for desktop or laptop users.

That is because you may have been using static IP. Try a dynamic one and they will be logging you off almost every time and still tell you to enter the pin code sent to your mail inbox and it could be very annoying most times.

what? i don't use Static IP lol, if only i upgraded my internet connection to 1mbps packet then it will be static IP but mine right now is using dynamic IP and i am fine with them, maybe you should check your internet provider once more maybe you use proxy so they do something like that, in my cases everything is clear.

That's weird you need to use static IP. I have my dynamic IP here and able to login. Perhaps those that have problem with their ISP that share the same IP address and often disconnect them. Well, I have used PM for long time now and no problem in logging in and IP verification.

Yes, I have really discovered it is from the ISP because the one I am using now allow me access to it without logging me off every now and then. I was thinking the issue is peculiar to some ISPs here till I hear someone complain of similar issue as well in another forum. Since sindarin said they have an Iphone app, most probably, they will develop the Android version any soon.

I also wondering about that i same like you i only use dynamic IP here and i can login even logout and login once more, and if that IP verification is too much for you it is better if you don't activate it i think.

It seems they will do something like that but it seems that until December there won't be any Android version for Perfect Money App, even like that i don't anticipate that much, mostly i access this site from browser that available in my computer
