I dont think that could possibly be from the ISP because it will be bad for a nigerian ISP, to provide its users with a different IP that is been associated with another country. It all has to do with the browser because if so, remember that WMZ also does not allow US members but I am being able to login withput any problem.

I decided to experiment something few days ago to understand how the security of PM is even if it means risking my PM account. I tried logging in from an Opera mini mobile browser and they told me point blank that due to the fact that Opera synchronizes data directly on their site, that I cannot access PM from opera mini.

I switched my UCweb to speed mode and got very similar answer. They even told me I should change the settings with the procedure. Then without shutting down the browser, I changed the setting to desktop mode and I logged in successfully. I changed my connection with my BB subscription and tried logging in, they sent me a pin code and as soon as I clicked on the settings tab, I was logged off and another pin code sent again to my e-mail.

Probably Opera mini and UCweb is related to US that's why you will read in their agreement or restriction of PM so, that's my guess. And regarding IP address verification I get used to it already and just better than letting my security lessen. Because, there is still chance PM from phishing attempts.

Yes, maybe they are related or they share something in common. Because I see that there are things they tend to do almost the same way when it comes to the way PM reacts to both of them. Though I have not taken time to check any of the base of the browsers, they might just have some kind of server location in the US where those data are being compressed and which PM wants to avoid.

Well, so far I don't think that it could lead to one being ban because I have been facing that more couple times. But then I have stopped using UCWEB I now make use of my phone browser or make use of mozila. Regarding that of opera mini, I still cant figure out what PM meant by that.

I have a perfect money account. I have just verified my account. I know one must have verified account for bank transfer. That's why I verified. There are three steps to be verified. You need just to click on verify and then you will be instructed how to be verified.

It seems there won't be a ban also, as far as i know that perfect money is one of the payment processor which is less strict rather than other payment processor, but for those people who experienced that thing will be feel uncomfortable with that, and i think they should change their browser faster, but before i found something strange with them, i could not access them with Google Chrome but with Fireforex it was fine.

how you can do it with your phone web browser? I just cant use perfectmoney with my build in web browser. The pictures in the pm site cant load with it. I think we must search for another mobile app than uc or opera. Firefox read by pm as opera so it dosent give access.
Well, PM specified some browsers one can use with their site without much problem. That doesn't mean it is restricted to those ones but the ones they feel data will not be synchronized from their base. If I am right, @cutiekc is using a mobile that runs on Android OS and they have inbuilt browsers that are just perfect. I do access PM with my inbuilt phone browser as well without those hitches.

Well, I am not only making use of my andriod mobile I have also a nokia symbian and java operating system and with the inbuilt browser and it is working for me perhaps his network is poor thats is the reason more why it isnt loading for him.

Yes, PM always have ease of access but where the problem is is that they do not always allow all browsers especially the mobile browser. It might just be an issue with the browser itself, some network configuration or most probably, a type of connection they feel is unsafe.

Then, we just need to have rent a computer or in an internet cafe to have safely login in our PM accounts. PM is just careful enough with the US as we know that mostly mobile browsers has used US IP and they can have problem with it and they have automatic system to have control the IP address.

Sure, that is what it means. They are just trying to play safe from all angles and I think it is just the beat they could offer to do. I also think it is right enough for the to put in place adequate security measure to point out and differentiate when IPs are being manipulated and when it is the original IP.

They have the system for the IP when it comes that we've changed an IP address then, we will have email verification while if different country IP I'm not sure if that will be good. I don't prefer to verify my PM account as of this moment because, I don't usually have huge funds and business online.

I don't like this feature because my IP is dynamic and I'm often required to enter PIN code whenever I log-in.

And about verification, I had no difficult completing verification process, just one or two business days and everything was done.

You have the option here to disable that IP verification in their settings. I just feel safer to have enable it because, I know that there's chance to have attempts as there are many phishing attempts in PM as well. Thus, it's better for me and get used to it to have that code enter every time I login.

I disabled my own IP because I always log in from my mobile phone and there is no way I will be opening more tabs always. I do not think it gives me much security to keep it since I don't log in from another place. That is even better because that pin code can be very annoying.

It seems until now that their popularity still good enough if we want to compare it with the other payment processor and so far i don't see any movement from US govt about this payment processor, even some criminals has been used this one too for long time, especially when LR is gone.

To me personally, I no longer see US having a reach of them since I feel they have come to stay though impossibility has seized to exist. That though doesn't mean I bestow much trust on them since I still see it from a distance till date. They might or might not stay for eternity.

since this one is non regulated payment processor i think that is possible that they might not stay for eternity, but i agree with you, the day when this payment processor will be gain attention from US still far away, since i see that US seems more concerned to Bitcoin rather than Perfect Money.

Maybe, Perfectmoney is not loved and admired by so many but I see it as unavoidable. Of all the processors I use, they put the much money in the bank in the sense that most of my online earning programs pay with PM.
