Every country has their own money laundering policy though it has to (to some extent) meet international standards but if they are not fount wanting in the country housing them, then they are as safe as a king. I believe they must have met Hong Kong's financial terms so, no reason to get kicked off, at least for now.
That's correct,I also believe that they would have met the financial terms of Hong Kong and that is why the Hong Kong authorities never denied them. I just wonder why some people are so scared to use PM,they always feel that what happened to LR would happen to PM. PM should have learnt lessons from the demise of LR so folding up will be kind of difficult.

Yeah thats right perhaps Libertyreserve should have done it that way had it been they saw it coming. Well, also perhaps the money laundry policy in USA is more strict to the extent that it benefits no international body. Also we all know how strict they are. Well, since they are comfortable there they should get regulated.

Perfectmoney can be a good option if youa re going to be earning money from the exchanger as well. that said, some of the time people do manage to earn from the exchanger based earning but overall there is going to be up and downs with the eanring. that is what i think we should understand as well.

Earning money from the exchanger, how. Because the only way which I know moneu could be earned from exchanger is when we exchange the money in the sense that we are gonna exchange it for our local currencies.

He meant of exchanging service which mean here will be an exchanger. And that's indeed profitable once you have good capital. After all, PM has great value and low fees, have great importance in the online investors and will be able to gain profits easily as I've seen in the local exchangers we have.

One can no longer associate PM with having low fees these days since their recent increase in internal transaction fees. Yes, some would say if you want to enjoy the low fees, then the person should get verified but it is not everyone that is comfortable sharing his personal information with a payment processor and an unregulated ome at that.

Well they maybe having the low fees but surely it would be possible to consider that there are always going to be trouble with the way perfectmoney can be doing for the payout too. that said, those who dont have much of the exchangers around can have issues with the way money can be withdrawan.

I even doubt if I know the way Perfect Money withdrawal to banks work or if they support it at all because I hardly subscribe to such. I think the advantage one would have even if they don't have local exchangers is running the exchange from international exchanger since PM is not like Paypal and Payza that are against that.

With the way they operate, they are going to be the sencond libertyreserve because they are not charging any much fee and they are having exactly the same service feature just liie libertyresreserve was doing when they were still in use.

Perfectmoney truly works just like libertyreserve but I am not sure of the news circulating that they will soon increase the fee as I can't find the news in their blog or their main site. Can anoyone confirm the news. If that is to happen it means that they will loss most of their clients.

I personally think that it would be harder to manage the perfectmoney based on the current cases of LR and other payment procesosr. instead we can use the bitcoin for the earning. i just however think that it makes no point in keeping the cash in the virtual currency.

Since you can see the news on there homepage that shows that the high fees has been taking effect. I feel PM want most of there members to verify there account cos of this low fees. I am going to verify my account once I get a document that contains my contact address.

Well, I dont think that I will be getting verifed any time soon because the fee is still small compared to some other payment processor that means when I am to send 10 it will have to be 9.8 thats still good though not ready to become verified.

I don't see the point of verification there even if there is any sort of. I would instead consider using the service of the perfectmoney for posting into the forums and then getting the money. overall it is not much of the earning that we can consider for the money there.

Yes,you are very correct, the fees are still small compared to likes of Egopay/STP/Skrill and Paypal. I only said PM want there users to get verified simply because they are aware that so many people are money conscious, they would even prefer to get verified simply because they want to pay less fees.

Yes I agree with you and see I think they are working further on being regulated maybe they want to settle down in the hong country where they have as their adress now.

Yes, but there is something which I really dont get which is that, someone who has two or more account will they need to verify using different ID cards or the same cards as we know that perfect money allows its members to make use of multiple accounts under one IP.

What problem with perfectmoney using uc web browser ? It seems this problem can not be solved. Each time i try to login it said UC browser access limited. Enables grandemode and disable thundermode what does that mean? I am still locked with this case. Any help!
There are some versions of UCWEB that has thundermode settings. I will simply be advising you not to access PM with your UCWEB. UCWEB has a static proxy that has been configured into it and it is a U.S proxy, you are risking your account by accessing it with UCWEB.

I don't think there is any difference for using the browser. But most likely there are going to be changes there for the payment processor side if they don't accept the proxy IP if that comes frm such browsers as well.

There are, even in the same browser, there is also a difference. If you alter your settings in the UCweb, then you can comfortably log in and out of PM but if you leave it with the default mode, you are only risking your account being blocked.
