That's correct,I also believe that they would have met the financial terms of Hong Kong and that is why the Hong Kong authorities never denied them. I just wonder why some people are so scared to use PM,they always feel that what happened to LR would happen to PM. PM should have learnt lessons from the demise of LR so folding up will be kind of difficult.Every country has their own money laundering policy though it has to (to some extent) meet international standards but if they are not fount wanting in the country housing them, then they are as safe as a king. I believe they must have met Hong Kong's financial terms so, no reason to get kicked off, at least for now.
