i have filed a issue about my account on alertpay three months ago but until now they have not solve my problem i have requested to downgrade m account to personal pro but until now i haven't heard from them i already send all the requirements the asked of me,,
If its more than 45 days chance are you don't going to get back the money that have been stolen to you. As you can see its even hard for AP to get back money that I won in cases in just two weeks simply because the account is empty.
Unlike paypal that they reverse transaction right away.

it is a payment processor, almost similiar to paypal. alertpay is now offering its own debit card.

for me, alertpay is a very good paypal alternative.

Indeed it's a good alternative but as for me? it's my third option because first option is LR second PP third PZ. But it's still a good payment processor, and there are many more changes that's happening in here especially it's now a PAYZA.
 
Nope its not a good paypal alternative because of the reason that we can't still verify or withdraw the funds to our bank account or debit card it still disabled. Yes, its payza already smoother and easy to navigate. But so far, I'm still have hard time to find other exchangers for this payment processor.
 
AlertPay is changed! Now AlertPay is Payza !
Now Payza (AlertPay) is more stable and flexible payment processor. All previous AlertPay feathers are same as payza. All AlertPay settings, banking, credit cards, and account history are same on the new Payza interface. Just website name and address is change.
 
Yea well done you have just realised. This was implemented ages ago. I don't see any difference in terms of features to be honest. It doesn't seem to be more flexible or anything. Whats the poing of making such a 'big' change when you can't even much of it
 
Quite saddened and disappointed that payza still don't have any reply from my filed dispute. First time to have it but I don't know why it will take that took it's already more than 10 days and seems they don't have good support as I see they only have here the twitter support.
 
Well they have 30 days to respond back to you for your filed dispute, anyways I have tried filing dispute with AP or Payza before, though I didn't get to received the whole amount but then again they get to recover part of my transaction from a scam site before.
 
I think that they do reply on your dispute but the waiting time would vary. If they are able to find a solution fast then they would reply fast .If not, then they would be slow also in making replies.
 
I will have some few dollars with my Payza account, actually it would be a long time since the last time I used my Payza account but I will just use my funds to invest with some program as I prefer using Payza somehow in investing because of the dispute.
 
Its been like three to four months since I have funds in AP. When AP decided to change name I stop using AP. I just don't feel good i a processor do change name. Just like what happen to MB as its change its name it does not attract me anymore. Although I prefer to have MB than to have AP right now.
 
Well, as for me there is no reason why the change with the name can affect us from using it because it doesn't seem reasonable that because the name has been changed we will stop using it? It's not reasonable at all. I will still use my Payza account, if I need to.
 
The change of name is not a big deal. Although there might be a change on the link of the site. And those who have not known of the change may have problem accessing the right link at first but I'm sure it's not that big problem still.
 
Its frustrating that I keep receiving phishing email of payza as I don't have an active payza email on that account. I'm frustrated because I can't do nothing about it at all but put it in spam folder. How I wish I can teach this phishing author a lesson.
 
Yes, that is really annoying if you are receiving such mails but I have get used to it already, an I just ignore those phishing mails because it is not really good to waste our time reading that mails as it's just a phishing mails of Payza.
 
Same here. I dont receive as much phishing emails for Payza as much as I receive for Liberty though. I am already informed enough to ignore such emails and aware not to click on any links within the emails. If I need anything, I simply log onto the site directly.

This month I get like 8 more or less phishing email from payza but none for LR. I guess they got tired of sending phishing email to my email account knowingly that my email account that they are sending phishing emails has no LR or payza account on it. lols. I only use my email for one purpose. a front. lols.
 
So far, I don't receive those emails. But pretty annoyed how this payza support seems to be really poor and not have fast responses. That's why it seems that even their dispute system is useless thus why they become payment processor if we can't have dispute and have solution for it.
 
I'm just wondering. Do you thing payza is much better when its still alertpay? or it is better now that its payza? In the first few days of this site change name the activity almost doubled. But Its realize its because most members including me open my account just to see if my funds is still their. Now the site activity seems much lower than the last few days when its still AP.
 
Based on my last support ticket to payza or alertpay before I'm quite satisfied to it since within few days only I have my problem solved but then this one ticket and dispute I made were seems to have no answer and far from my expectation thus its not really that great for me or don't have improvement.
 
I guess its depends on the tech support who is handling your case. theirs some who is good on what they do and theirs some who seems does not care. I guess its the same in here. I don't know but I think this is even outsourcing. Meaning those who handles are problem actually does not work in payza canada office. But this is just my opinion.
