Perfect money is likely to die the same death like LR. which is again possible to see how the things are going to be moving for the payment processing market. that said, not many people these days are trusting the ecurrency like the perfectmoney. that is what i have noticed.

Lol, I dont think so, thats just their mailing office and whih has nothing to do with head office. Anyway. Lets see if they will have a change of things. I think its necessary the also work on their site as most of the times. Bugs are often faced.

Though from time, we have always known PM to be very reservative in nature but firms' mailing addresses are their head offices. That which they provided in their contact us page shouldn't be different from where they can easily be reached even when it might just be a virtual address.

That's not true, how can you say PM would die like LR died. You can see that they have already chucked out the U.S form using there services. What you noticed was wrong as well, more people are registering for PM accounts on a daily basis and I feel it would get to a stage that,it would be the most used payment processor.

Well, which ever way, I just think that we should be careful with the amout we are leaving in here because although I am making use of them, I am being more careful in order not to fall victim, have you ever been disappioned by their site unavailability some times.?

Cutiekc, I have over time and that has really made me forget about them where there is alternative because there are times I would want to exchange but will be greeted with their error.

kaiceaziz, I think the problem was with your earlier version of Ucweb because I learnt how to access PM using UCweb from a member in another forum and it worked.

tell me how, i am all ears. I am using the latest version but it doesnt work with me. I tried the deskop style but nothing changed. Do you think i have to set the proxy? I have zero idea about that issue.

I was once in your shoes each time I want to access PM, I always express that doubt of being shown as a US citizen. You need to manually turn off the speed mode after setting it to desktop version. Sometimes if you change to desktop version, it tells you that the speed mode is off meanwhile it is still on so you have to confirm or turn on and off again, then make sure it is not set in text only.

its a kind of disgrace to them because they are having enormous users and ought not to be facing such simple errors which makes their clients panics because as they are running away from the US agencies encountering those wrroes will make their clients panic.

Perfectmoney is going to be having a lot of changes for the recent politics and other issues. I wonder how many business are relying on them for such money. I however think that most of the people who do rely that way maybe having some issues due to LR realted rumors.

A lot of people already bestowed their trust on PM and it will be pretty difficult for them to migrate to another unregulated payment processor having such popularity. Where I have problem with them is the series of break down they call site maintenance without informing their members.

how you know that perfect money unregulated? Since it has bank accounts then there must be regulations in their business i think. And there must be a license with the government. If not i dont think they will be able to continue the business.
Perfect Money having bank withdrawal feature doesn't mean it is regulated. Though there are laws backing it. You can see that they are not strict and once payments has been made it cannot be reversed. That makes it to be unregulated.

Lol, instead of asking the dude that question why not check on google. Perfect money is not regulated and if they are I bet you, they wont be accepting hyips. They can make the bank deposit but they are not regulated.

but if they are not regulated then why the country government in which they established their services allow them to do the service. They must stick to their rules i think. I know if you want to open a store to buy and sell fruits you need licenses and official deeds. It s like a bank. I dont think a government allow a bank to open in it s ground without insurance to it s people.

Lol, I think you shoulc first consider making some research on google and see for your self, they were before at panama and after LR was shut down they moved out of USA to an unknown place now.

Whether PerfecTmoney is regulated or not, what matters most is that the payment processor is doing well as it has a high value in many countries and majority of ptp forums pays via it. I'm quite worried though about the issue of maintenance which now seems to be a regular event.

There is no law saying that a Payment processor that is not regulated should not stay in a particular country. PM has always been around and unregulated without anyone inquiring why they have not been staying unregulated, it doesn't prevent them from doing anything.

Well there is no law but sooner or later the country takes action and then such payment processor gets closed. if many more countries collectively take action, this surely becomes problem. so the issue about the payment processor working this way can make more problem than solution.

Depends on the country where they reside currently, because if its in an under developed country. They will even not be able to find out that they are operating in their country. So therefore. They can still manuover and last for long but then they more games they play the more suspicious they get and their clients will exponetially reduce.

like webmoney the importance of perfect money is also manifold and that is a better platform for everyone to secure our amount and that have opened just after the closing of libertyreserve and from that time every body is working for it and withdrawing his amount in this payment source

If I am not wrong then tehy are from the hongkong, atleast that is what the address shows there. I am sure there are other ways to see through this but basically we can't trust the payment processor that puts the customer at risk like that becuase that simply is not a good method to do that.

Yes, that is their mailing address apparently, maybe they are seeing it suitable with that said country's money laundry policies due to of not they should have not been there. More preferable that they get settled due to with the look of things they will relocate when they start having issues with this country.

Every country has their own money laundering policy though it has to (to some extent) meet international standards but if they are not fount wanting in the country housing them, then they are as safe as a king. I believe they must have met Hong Kong's financial terms so, no reason to get kicked off, at least for now.
