Terms and Conditions

1 In order to participate in the LION Binary Options Trading Contest, otherwise known as the ‘Trading
Contest’, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as the general terms and conditions that
apply to your Account.

2 The Trading Contest will run from 23:25GMT on 13th
July 2014 until 17:50GMT on 18th
July 2014.

3 In order to participate in the Trading Contest you are required to meet the following conditions:

3.1 You must have an active LION MT4 USD trading Account with us (if you do not have one
please apply for an Account HERE). Please ensure your account has been funded (deposit or
trading credits) and that a minimum of $50 has been deposited into your Binary Trading
account.

3.2 Only one (1) application per person is permitted for the Trading Contest. In the event that you
make multiple Trading Contest applications only your first application will be valid.

3.3 Apply for the Trading Contest by filling in Link to application form before 21:00GMT on 16th

July 2014. If you apply after the Trading Contest has started, any opening trades made after
the time of application will be applicable for the Trading Contest.

4 Participants will compete either by accumulating open and closed Total Profits made in their trading
account. You will receive an Award based on the following tables below.

4.1 In the event that two or more individuals tie for a position (e.g. three individuals make the
same amount of P&L) then the Cash Awards for the places (e.g. 1st

shared.

Total Profits are calculated as net profits and based on your closed and expired positions during the
period of the Trading Contest.

Note: The Top 5 (five) traders who have made the most profit will share the Cash Awards. The Cash
Award payout can be found in the table above.

4.2 Only positive net profits will be counted for the Trading Awards. Zero net profits will also be
counted for the Trading Awards if one or more trades have been placed by a client during the
Trading Contest period.

5 The Trading Contest will be cancelled if less than 200 participants register for the Contest. In the
event that the Trading Contest is cancelled, the following Special Cash Bonus will still be valid
between 23:25GMT on 13th
July 2014 until 17:50GMT on 18th
July 2014 for all participants of this
contest. The Cash Bonus will be reflected in your trading balance and can be withdrawn at any time.

 If you make more than 5 (five) consecutive correct trades (the trades must expire in the money
and must be left to expire) then you will receive a Special Cash Bonus up to $500 once the
contest has finished.

* For a trade to be eligible the minimum value of each trade MUST be $5 or greater.
* Only your first trade per option period will be counted for the Special Cash Bonus. If it is closed
before expiry your consecutive count will be reset for the Special Bonus Option.
* If you trade and close a position before expiry, it will not be counted for the purposes of the
Special Cash Bonus.
* Consecutive trade calculations will be based on the time that the transaction was executed (not
based on the Option start/expiry time).
* The Special Cash Bonus will apply only once per participant.
* Consecutive trades will only start to be counted once you have deposited a minimum of $50 into
your Binary Trading account.
* The Special Cash Bonus will be paid into your Trading Account within twenty (20) business days
after 17:50GMT on 18th
July 2014.

6 There is no limitation on depositing funds during the Trading Contest. However, you are required to
deposit a minimum of $50 into your Binary options account in order to participate in this Contest.

7 The payment made to you is a Cash Award and will be reflected in your trading balance and can be
withdrawn at any time. Subject to the requirements having been met, the Award will be paid into your
Trading Account within twenty (20) business days after this Trading Contest has ended.

8 We reserve the right to exclude you from this promotion if we believe you have tried to benefit from
fraudulent activities or your actions have breached any good faith of this promotion.

9 The ranking report will be updated as of the end of each trading day on our website, and you will
consent to the display of your nickname and your trading volume by applying for the Trading
Contests.

10 We may also use the information that you provide us during the Trading Contest application process
to provide you with information about our products and services. If you do not wish to receive such
information you must email us at [email protected].

11 We are under no obligation to accept anyone as a client of Hirose Financial UK.

12 Hirose Financial UK reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time and without
prior notice. Any amendment will be notified to you on our website and by continuing to use our
website and services you accept any such modified terms.

13 This program will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

14 If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any
applicable law, such term or condition shall, insofar as it is severable from the remaining terms and
conditions, be deemed omitted from this Program and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or
enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

15 If these Terms and Conditions are translated into a foreign language then the English version shall
prevail if an inconsistency exists.
