Who do you think is responsible for the loss while trading?

I think there are many reasons that are responsible for the loss in trading, not just one. And it varies for different traders. For some, it may be the approach to learning, practising and trading forex, for others it would be emotions, poor risk management and a plethora of reasons. The fact is that if many traders were mindful of the causes of their losses and work on them accordingly, more success would be recorded.

I think another thing that makes guys lose in forex is over confidence that majority dont tend to know it is a slow killer.sincerely forex should be done with much ease and skill and guys should apply right techniques everytime.

Lack of understanding is always the main reason why traders loss and the other reason is that many of us are afraid to loss that we play safe that in the end playing safe is the main reason why we actually loss money in forex. In the last four months I'm making good profit but this last two weeks I'm getting loses because I want to preserve my profits that I chance my strategy from being a little aggressive to being a very defensive trader.

A trader himself is responsible for the loss in trading because some traders do not use a proper trading strategy and at the end they losses their capital, also some traders start trading without proper knowledge and experience, which is the main reason of losing money in Forex.

Yes, it could be a number of things that have attributed to a trader losing. Emotions, lack of experience or thoroughly testing out a trading strategy for example before using it in the real trades is just one of the reasons. At the end of the day the trader is responsible for doing some introspection to determine whats going wrong and rectify.

I think another angle i would be coming from is over-anxiousness from a trader especially newbies to earn.Newbies especially bypass every knowledge and jump into the market to quickly be in profit which would be making them lose funds.

I disagress with what you have said, the assertion is "who do you think is responsible for the loss in forex trading" so disregard newbies, take it to be a professional that losses in the trading, would you blame he or she? Or it is just a modus operandi

This thread is like arguing if the zebra stripe is black over white or white over black. First of all when we trade in forex we are the one who open that position and if its turn to profit its our profit and if its turn to loses its our loses. So whose to blame? I guess theirs no one but our self.

Yeah that's true talking of who is to be blamed inhere is important.we shouldn't be putting the blame on anyone but majorly we are the cause of the loss.sincerely apply the wrong skill or wrong stratgegy without testing it initially is another mistake we make.

Its really important to take responsibility for our actions during trading because it helps in finding the solutions to our problems as well as knowing where we might be going wrong. Without accepting the responsibility we will end up passing the blame to everything but ourselves and therefore wont be able to rectify.

Sincerely excuses in life is extremely detrimental to an individual achieving success.sincerely forex is good to only those ones that are ready to shoulder the blame then move on and above all be ready to adjust and not make the same mistakes.

Loses is a clear sign that you are not prepared to trade in forex. Because if you are prepared you will not going to encounter any problem in forex. Yeah you maybe going to loss one or two trades but compare to how much you earn each month. I doubt if you can experience some problematic trade.

Emotions are the most common reason i find for the loos for trad . As most of us know Emotions are not good while trading so it is always suggested to control your emotions so that you can trade properly and your trade will be in profits . I know it is not easy to control emotions but we need to manage to control them .

If there is a person to blame that is yourself especially when you are taking Forex trading as a Gambling so you are to blame, but as for me I wouldn't blame anyone even myself because it's myself and I wouldn't want to lose my self-confidence for blaming myself.

Yeah the moment we start to take the blame for our failures in forex the better for us.It would be helping us forget the mistakes we had committed but instead would be helping us to get things right again by going back to the drawing board.

Yes we are responsible for our loss and i don't think its good to plan the system or any others . actually i have seen that there are many people trade with out knowledge and loss money and blame the forex and i really want to say then that you are we have the mistake not in the forex system .

Well, it's also important to trade with a good Forex broker that's why we should be also careful when choosing as we need to choose a good one. Anyway, if you are a positive trader you will not blame anyone in here because it's still a experience and there is always something to learn from it.

Once we are with a regulated program which are believed not to manipulate with the market once loss occurs is either we blame ourselves or we blame the indicators we are making use of cause at time most free indicators are misleading and giving confusing signals.

There may be many reasons behind the failures of a trader. Some may fail due to lack of knowledge, or some may fail due to lack of money management, but what more important here is to take the failures positively and improve from them as improving only helps the trader to become established trader.

Before you can speculate on what the cause of the losses may be you should start by looking at your trading to try and determine where the problem is. YOu would be better off this way because you will be able to address the exact issue that you are having and can do better in future trades.
