I think every new trader should use 1:50 as their leverage.
Please take a look around, and feel free to .
For newbie traders, I recommend starting with lower leverage, like 1:10 or 1:20. High leverage, such as 1:1000, can lead to significant losses quickly, especially with limited experience. Brokers offer high leverage, but it doesn’t mean it’s safe—it's crucial to manage risk and build experience gradually. What leverage will you advice a newbie trader to use? Do you think that 1:1000 is too high for inexperienced traders to use. Because i have been adviced against using high leverege. But again i thought if broker have provided it why wont i use it. What do you think.
With 1:1000 leverage, the smallest lot size would be much higher, increasing risk significantly, especially for a beginner. A lower leverage like 1:100 provides safer risk management.the safe laverage for me is 1:100 because this laverage possible to make me trading with 1 cent smallest value. I don't know how much the smallest value per order if choose 1:1000 because I never choose it previously. but can be sure that the smallest lot will be very high. maybe its not a big problem to choose 1:1000 laverage if you have high capital to deposited but since your status only newbie, 1:1000 laverage could be a real problem to you.
