In my opinion higher time frame give more accurate information than shorter time frame. However, some trading like scaling deal with only shorter time frame. All time frames are good if you know how to know use it. It depends on your strategy and trading plans. Some prefer 15min charts some prefer D1 charts. A trader should find out which time frames he understands the most.
I also use M1. I feel comfortable with this.I always use M1 or M15. As I look for short trade, it gives me a good idea. Those who looks for little bit longer term trading, they keep frame at H4 or more. But as per necessary i can make my strategy on my time frame.

If we are making use of the lower timeframes we can get better entry into the markets. It depends actually.M30 is the best trading time frame for scalpers and h4 and d1 are the best time frames for swing traders.
We will need to remember that when our Margins are safe then we can continue to do our trades with confidence.Margin Level allows you to know how much of your funds are available for new trades. The higher the Margin Level, the more free Margin you have available to trade.
The best time frame depends on the trader's strategy. Scalpers typically use lower time frames for quick trades, while long-term traders prefer higher time frames like H1 or H4 to capture bigger trends.I think the best time frame differs according to the strategy of the forex trader. For example if a forex trader wants to trade using scalping strategy then such trader should have to use low time frames. But when a trader will trade in long term strategy then a trader have to select higher time frames usually H1 or H4.
