Important Update on Demo Accounts Support

Dear Clients and Partners,​

To ensure the stable operation of our demo server infrastructure, RoboForex has decided that support for demo accounts will now apply only to accounts opened through the RoboForex Members Area.

• All positions on demo accounts created directly in the terminal will be closed on 27 July 2025.
• Prior to that, trading on these accounts will be set to close-only mode starting from 7 July 2025.

Please note that demo accounts opened via RoboForex Members Area will continue to operate as usual and will not be affected by these changes.

Change in XAUUSD Quotation Format on MetaTrader 5 from 20 October 2025

Dear Clients,​

Starting 20 October 2025, the quotation format for the instrument XAUUSD on the MetaTrader 5 platform will change:

• Current format: quoted with three digits after the decimal point (e.g. 3811.520)
• New format: quoted with two digits after the decimal point (e.g. 3811.52)

This update aims to unify market data display across platforms and will not affect your trading conditions or the quality of order execution on any account type.

Please note: if you use trading advisors (EAs), you may need to update their settings and algorithms accordingly before the effective date.

What does Full Swap-Free mean?

When Full Swap-Free is enabled, no swaps are charged for holding positions overnight on available for trading currency pairs and metals. This allows traders to manage their strategies without incurring additional costs related to rollover fees.

How to enable Full Swap-Free

The Full Swap-Free option is available only when opening a new trading account and cannot be enabled on existing accounts.

Full Swap-Free is available to all clients; however, existing clients must open a new trading account to enable the option during account creation.

From 04.02.2026, Full Swap-Free can be enabled during account creation for eligible clients across all account types, with no minimum deposit or position-holding period restrictions.
The Swap-Free option applies to trading in currencies and metals.
