@indieover really? I didn't know that if you have accumulated over 2000 dollars in your lifetime you need to upgrade to personal pro. That is really bad. Why would they need to force you to do that. Other payment processors like PP would never force you to do anything like that. I guess Payza just wants to get as much profits as possible, without really thinking about customers needs.

I don't know if we would be upgraded upon that limit now as they have changed their name. Maybe they have changed somethings on their fees and rules also. But if nothing has changed then that is what would happen to your account once reaching the $2000 transaction.

I don't think so. They just changed their name or company but then its not going to change according to their features or comparison to the new alertpay which is payza. I know there's limit but from what I know that when we have reached something big monthly then we will be upgraded and will have bigger fees or always have fees for every transactions.

That is why I may just open another account using the name of any family member and use that account. Although I don't think I would need to do that anytime soon because I rarely receive money in my account anyway.

Yeah, so far, I don't worry much of upgrading because of big transactions since I also don't have big funds here or received on my account. That's why I still make in unverified. I'm just glad to have exchangers who will buy my AP funds easily and with good offer. Well, my sister also have an account so I can use that too lol.

What I remember is that if your transaction reach 2,000 dollars its going to change to personal starter to personal pro and you will have higher fees.
But since your account is still unverified I don't know what will happen to your account if you reach 2,000 dollars total transaction.
But I'm happy to say that mine I got verified using sms only. And since I have three cellphone number I'm happy. lols.

@budado and how is 2,000 dollars in transaction calculated. Is that sending and receiving money as well? Or is it counted as well when you withdraw to the banks.

Of course it is the money you have received in total that is something calculated for your limit on your account. But I don't know if we can easily see how much total amount we have received in our account already

I am surprised that AP renamed itself to Payza. As I tried to access Alertpay, it redirect me to payza, the interface are almost the same as well as the design and I wonder why they decided to change their name?

yeah you will be redirected to their new link or url. that is because they have changed their name and they have not retained their old url or name any more. but i think that the members are quickly adjusting to the new name of this payment processor.

Finally I decided to drop AP. I have 5 verified AP account but now I don't use all of them anymore. I decided to stop using AP when I can withdraw funds via LR instead of AP and if ever I will going to request payments and get paid in PP. In short its going to be LR and PP. No more AP for me.

yeah i don't use AP that much as only few sites or forums pay that way. and also i can't withdraw it to my bank account also , and so i would need to sell it and which makes it harder for me to get good amount in my AP when i exchange it.

Well this payment processor is similar to paypal but not as strict. I can log in using any ip and spend my funds here without any limitation happening to my account. The only thing i don't like is the way they handle disputes. It takes way too long, where the scammer has already withdrawn the funds and a refund is already impossible.

@skechers yes in many ways I think it is better than PP. The security is just as good, but better in a snese that there is fewer verification processes and limitation. Maybe that is their next thing which they need to improve on: The efficiency in responding to dispute. Once they withdraw the funds to bank account, can Payza no longer track where the money has gone? Surely they have methods of catching scammers.

AP is now Payza right? So I think we should start referring AP as Payza, though AP is still catchy and easy to type, hehehe, anyways I haven't have much used about it up to this moment as I don't work for programs that pays through it.

I think payza is a nicer name than alertpay. The site suits the new name as well. I am finding it much easier to use with payza now. It used to be quite complicated, but they made things much more simple!

I used AlertPay for a while. Unfortunately, they disabled their bank transfer. I tried to get my money mailed by way of check and the check didn't come. Eventually, the money was back in my AlertPay account. I had to have it exchanged to another processor. I've heard that AlertPay has gone through some changes similar to Money Bookers (skrill). they still don't do bank transfers. All things considered, they are a good processor.

Well, that's the problem because some of my fellow also tried that option but the money didn't come the option is trough check that will be send to your home address but as i know it's only available for some countries. Indeed it's a good processor but nowadays i don't use it.

i have filed a issue about my account on alertpay three months ago but until now they have not solve my problem i have requested to downgrade m account to personal pro but until now i haven't heard from them i already send all the requirements the asked of me,,

That was really bad and based on what you said so the support hasn't improve yet? As i know it has a chat support have you tried that? if you are not getting a response with your email then perhaps in chat support you would.
