I hope thtat they reduce the fes though because most of the US based services not much making money these days and we can see how that is being reflected as well. that is what i have noticed lately. that said, paypal does have some issues related to the high fees.

Yes,they should try and reduce there fees. I even know an admin of a forum and the admin is from the United States,he is not making use of paypal in his forum cos of this high fees,so he created a fresh account with payza and the account was a starter plan. So all the members are getting paid in full. If paypal can try and do something like that,I think the users would increase as well.

I am thinking that paypal is one of the good payment processor but they also have to make it eays for the memebers to have some low fees there. that is what i have found that it is good that most of the freelancers and some other type of the business are now into that.

They have easy ways for funding and withdrawing and also the instant transaction which makes it good for the online shopping and other online businesses which also preferred in the online jobs. Although, it has only huge fees that usually not good when we have small transactions only.

Paypal is a good payment processor and they have some interesting merchants with them which makes us easy for to get hold of. I have seen some of the merchants are accepting the paypal which makes us easy to use the credit card. I wonder how many people are using paypal with credit card.

I would say that they are good in the different transactions and with the availability of deposit and withdrawal we can easily fund our account with safety and withdraw. I have experienced only to withdraw not have tried yet to have fund my account but still satisfied in their services.

They usually run some of the campaigns and also attract for some rebate. I am not sure how many rebate sites are alive these days but i used to get the rebate from the spree.com using the paypal. I guess such services are going to be there for some time for paypal payments too.

Never heard of it. I'm still glad that I can exchange my paypal funds and still have good value for it. Although, my plan here originally is to have a bank account that when I withdraw in Paypal will not charge fees or bank fees this will be splendid feature but I can't have open it yet.

There's only a little bit more than a dollar fee for withdrawal fees. That's for personal account. So i don't its big fees its very affordable. There's no need to exchange your PayPal, not unless you can exchange your PayPal with bigger amount but its against the rules of PayPal.

I don't really get your posts, you mean it is against paypal rules if you exchange your funds to other payment processors or what exactly are yu trying to point out. Well,I think only few exchangers that are ready to exchange paypal funds to other payment processors because of the dispute feature.

that such a human nature, rules will be broker, even paypal doesn't allow their balance to exchanged by someone still there are someone that open paypal exchange services, so they get more profitable rate rather than paypal's withdrawal rate.

Yes it is against their rules. the money exchanage is considered as forex activity which is not permitted unless you have license. just like LR issue, they don't allow such unregulated exchange in between the user account. you can pay them as some sort of payments but not in any other way.

yeah forex is okay with paypal as long as we have license and we can provide to them, but for exchanging their balance it still doesn't possible for us unless we want to break the rules, but actually i am quite unrest when exchange my paypal balance because that is very risk if something happening to my paypal account.

License? Or any ID verification and other documents. But then, yes I think I will not have problem in paypal since I have been verified my account already. Just then, I will need to update some things here and also that I will keep using it for online earnings.

I just verified my address and identity as that is only thing that was asked by them. I may have to do some other verifications in future depending on if they ask me for the same. I don't have problem with that but let's see how that works over a long period there for me.

Well, that's correct the identity and the residential address to verify. But then, I know that when we still do violations here of their policies then, they will still have the chance to limit the account as there will be complaints or disputed against us.

I think that is what all payment processor would ask for if you want to get verified,it is not only applicable to paypal. Well, that's just a simple way of verifying one's account but some user's don't have such documents so there account remains unverified.

Well, that's mostly in the payment processors like paypal to be good or sooner to be needed for the upgrade or verification of the account. While ecurrencies usually don't have this method. But then, with paypal we can withdraw funds at ease using our banks.

Yes but the ecurrencies are going on their way out these days. I am sure you know how sometimes the banks and the governemnt take action agains those payment processor. I don't know if the same is going to happen with most of the payment processor like say payza etc. Paypal is secure because of they letting monitor them.
