That's rumor. How can you say exploit then, other customers will complain and will be known worldwide and will not be used in the shopping online or other businesses. Maybe, those are just accounts that violated the policy of paypal which has the reason for paypal to suspend or freeze their accounts.

I have found that if not attatched credit card, you can atleast use the bank account feature and move the funds to the bank. it works like that without much of an issue there. i am sure some of the peole are doing just fine with it these days. i just not sure how that is going to work for everyone though.

about that CC you are right, people can withdraw their money to the bank account without much problems, so far from the eople that use paypal comfortably they will feel this payment processor is the most used payment and become the most convenient payment processor to use in many countries include in some african countries

Its good to use bank withdrawal as its free if you reach a certain amount in my country and I'm sure other countries has the same policy also. I do hope that in the long run I can make good income in using paypal. But problem is that if I send paypal theirs is fee if I receive paypal theirs is fee also that I need to shoulder if I trade in forex.

Paypal is a good payment procesosr and will remain strong becuase of the changes that are happening in the market. I have found that sometimes people are being harsh on some money processors so you can see that it would not make sense to ssee how the paypal is also having hard time keeping up with fraud changes.

[MENTION=234]budado[/MENTION]: i think that is right, because in my country if we reach some certain amount of balance and the withdraw it there wont' be another fee which i think is good enough for me, but it will take longer time for me to reach it, even like that i still like to withdraw my balance because the fee here is low too

The withdrawal fees will depends on the amount you will withdraw and also the bank or cards you are using. That's already stated in the paypal site and that it's better to have the bank transfer if we want to have low or no fees in the banks. But so far, I haven't added new bank account here yet.

i have been added bank account since i already withdrew more than $300 from this payment processor, but i think that won't give any guanrantee that later i will get a lot of trust from paypal, overall i still like them since i can withdraw my money to the bank without much hassle even their rate is low for me.

I do think that the withdrawal fees are very much affordable for me so I don't have any problems. I don't understand why some people would give so much issue about withdrawal fees.. but I see that there exchange rate is quite low. So I believe that they are making a lot of money because of the conversion rate from one currency to another currency

These days withdrawals are going smoothly as far as i know. I would love to see how the paypal is going to be making new changes these days to avoid some random fraud and also lower the premier account fees because you know it would be ahrd to deal with freelancing fees.

I'm still using this one.how I wish I would get paid by paypal in asl forums because I have so much trust on this one. But sadly it is not being supported by other forums.

They were. Although, I think what not good with Paypal is that they have huge fees really to have safety of our funds and security we will have these huge charges that's why I really can't always expect to use Paypal though, can be good in payments as they been accepted in many shops online.

Paypal has some rates for the acceptance of the money which is quite hard if you ask me becuase not many people are going to be on the premier fees as they are more into the way things are going to be for the withdrawal. i would love it if they are going to be reducing the premier rates.

You better open the personal account because of the lower fees which is the one I'm using right now. That's why I'm very much satisfied myself since I use personal account. you just have to learn how to use paypal

Well, when we have here huge transactions done and met the threshold then, our personal account will become or must have business paypal type. That's really going to have fees in every transactions. Anyways, I also have premier type account instead of personal account lol.

But I don't think I would have that much transactions each month. I would be lucky to have $10 monthly in my account. So that's why during few times I have transactions on my account that the personal account is just suitable or more than enough

Paypal seems to be the best in what they are doing most of the time. I just found that they are also getting more clients like yahoo contributor, zazzle and others as their official paying partners and that is what the concerns there as well. i wonder what could be the reasonf or that.

They will be good if we will not have huge fees. But then, we can't remain with no fees here forever and with the different conditions that might have fees in Paypal. For instance when using of the commercial payments rather than person will incur fees. As well as when we have the upgraded or business account.

I don't know why people are saying paypal is the best payment processor,to me,I don't think it is. A US resident can say so but other people outside US shouldn't be saying this. Though it has good features but for the fact that it restricted some countries it can't be the best.

Yes, for you it will because it's not available for you. But for those who can use it they can say that as well that it's their preferred payment processor. I'm not in US but I have good use of my Paypal account and been used for long years now and the security is enough to have away from the phishing or hack attempts.
