It's not only rules but well-implemented. Still, there are many foolish people to have here make their accounts or their selves in danger. Because, I have read that someone sold his verified Paypal account and what we will think of it that the buyer will use of it, it can be used for the scamming or identity theft.

rules depends on the type of the country that members are from and that is what the rules enforcing is about. that is why it woould be hard to implement the rules otherwise i can tell you that not all people are oging to be learning some odd things there these days.

Rules set are internationally same for every country. Except that there are other entity that will have add rules so, it is not from Paypal but can be in the banks or the country's policy. So, that's the time when the difficult or hassle for that country in using Paypal online.

and paypal must follow the rules from that countries, but i think as long as i don't have any problem to use paypal then i think that is a good thing for me, lately i see they offered some bonus if we use paypal to purchase something online in some good online shops that people can see in paypal's list

Well when it comes to the shopping there are only the paypal and the credit card shopping seems to be the only option. I am finding it hard to usse the credit card in india and that is why i am trying to manage the paypal for the most of the working and other similar type of the thing.

for now i don't have any source of paypal payment since mylot stopped paying already. so i think i would not be able to use paypal that often anymore. so i just hope that i would be able to find sites that pay with paypal or else i would not be able to use paypal anymore.

Maybe you can join some forums which are going to pay in the paypa. that always works for me. i am sure it would work for you in any other way as well. that said, there are some interesting forums in forex which makes to post on their site and then we can get the payment in the paypal.

it is so hard to find a forum that pay us with paypal dude, it seems paypal not popular in that place, the best way to get paypal only as freelancer or as merchant, maybe you can sold pulse in your country through forum and make paypal as the payment for yours.

I'm really confuse with your question and statement. You are asking glucoseguy what he means that paypal does not accept exchanger but same time you yourself know the answer as its not allowed by paypal. Because exchanger you mentioned will not going to do it secretly if its allowed.

My point their is that,glucoseguy said that paypal does not accept exchanger and i am tryna tell him that they do and i,personally know of an exchanger that buys and sell paypal currency here in my country and do it scretely because paypal does not allow us from using them.

How is it possible that you were able to open an account with them despite the fact that you have said that your country is not yet included under their service. So I don't think you could use your account to pay or shop things online. But anyways I am very disappointed because I can't anymore get more funds into my account

and you still use them? well i advice not to use them again dude, this payment processor is strict when it comes for something like this, so i think it is better don't use them anymore and switch to the other payment processor, if not you will get your own risk. and for you, you can use VCC but that is fine even like that still there is risk.

It does not support in Bangladesh and yet he's able to do have online transactions which shows he did something and will have his account in danger when it comes to verification since, soon it will become limited or need for verification so, I wonder how they able to sign up in Paypal.

Paypal is a good payment processor and they are coming in most of the asian countries, where the US has good relation. so it is kinda obvious that paypal is going to be strict with the terms and conditions there. that said, it would be good to see how they are going to be helping the bangla folks.

And also they come up with some bonus if you love to shopping with them, there are some online shops that accpeted them, but still not all. Some good sites like britanicca is not accepted by paypal, i hope that paypal will gain more and more partner so it is more easier to earn and spend our paypal balance.

If I will going to receive 1,000 dollars and above I will going to use paypal instead of LR or any other processors and ecurrency. That's how I trust paypal. As I can use paypal and withdraw paypal funds straight to my bank account. I do hope that in the long run I can really make good income using paypal especially in forex trading.

I see. If I do have Paypal I will exchange it in LR if possible lol. Because, when it comes to the value it is still lower compared in LR and of course, it will be profitable for me. However, then, there are difficult to trust to exchange so many don't do it but glad that there are still some buyers of Paypal.

It seems paypal now getting more and more competitor, and it is not come from old competitor which i think not real competitor also lol, but from google wallet , i think paypal should give more feature to us and also more easy accessibility for us and other users so they can use paypal easier.
