Possibly that someone who sent him funds to paypal filed a dispute because, this is about the funds received or withdraw. It become limited for some reasons and I think we can't help much out because, we don't know the transactions all about only him and the sender.

I think some of the people who are spending the money and time with thte paypal are getting the withdrawal without much of an effort like payza. payza and paypal comparison shows you that bank based withdrawals there are going to be having some things to be managable there for sure.

I know its frustrating sometime but if you don't do anything seriously bad sometimes they just let it go. Or if not better to wait for 180 days but I hope this will not happen to me in the future since, I don't want to have any issues or problems in paypal to get limited and then, consume my time to solve that case if ever. So far, it seems I failed to not have good PP funds this month.

one of my friend said that if our account get limited by paypal, just belive that our chance to get it back only 10%. so far i still cannot proof something like that because until now i don't have problem with my account, but the most important thing here is to keep trying, i just find some VCC seller that can help people to finish their "unfinished" business with paypal.

The new changes from the paypal on restricction for some of the countries may be unfair but we can see that sometimes things have to be like that in order to be made possible there. I guess it is depending on how we are going to be seeing these things makes changes because each country is different with paypal.

The problem is in the country not in Paypal. Some reasons for Paypal to have issues with certain countries are the illegal activities, government problems and also unavailability to establish an online payment processor most likely in the third world countries which has no internet connection.

Well,whats thhe concern to that,all what they want is for users not to misuse their services or are they gonna solve the issues,well,its up to them and also every country has one problem or the other,so for me i will simiply say that they needs just the already developed and well managed economic countries.

The concern is that there are scams or fraud happening and if they allow such in their service I guess their business will be gone and as you can see they are in US and therefore, they have super strict policies when regards in the fraud. Yes, it's up to them and that's their policy.

Its really sad to know that Paypal has increased the fees in your country. Sometimes I wonder why Paypal tends to make it more and more difficult for certain countries to have access to their services. Maybe they should restrict their services to only the country in which Paypal originated from.
