Scheduling my time and planning the trade before starting the trade is my best way to keep myself relaxed and to avoid stress. It is true that people lose a lot of their prime time and suffer mental pressure while trading. This is mainly because of either unplanned trading or poor planned trading practices. One has to plan their trade activities over a period to avoid such stress in trading.
