FXCM is banned from U.S market. I think this broker is not worthy a decent broker.

The truth is there are many brokers, not not good at all. GOod brokers only a few and it's reason we need to pick the right one. If not, you're trading with a pickpocket not a real forex broker.

Forex is still a potentioal business (+risks) through the day I joined for 4 years and too nice that hotforex still grows for years so I don;t have to worry about finding a good broker.

Yes, normally you can do both things, trade and introduce new traders to join and get commission as an IB. Most brokers have good offers for their IB.
