Just choose the maximum leverage your broker support and only trade volume that you can afford, don't try to trade maximum and lose everything. Leverage doesn't increase your chance of winning. My broker hotforex offer 1:1000 for account under $500 but I think 1:200 is enough.

Switched to live after several months trading demo at hotforex, but after that, I opened demo account at many brokers and I find out that demo account are same with most of broker, execept the asset list.

The competition prizes are quite big but is there demo contest now? I don't find any chance to win in this glorious competition.

I think $20k is for the start, and then broker need to pay annually for maintaince or other things, an email to MetaQuotes team can solve this question easily.

I used an indicator shared at local forum (that indicator has recoded with combination of some other indicatiors as MA). The hotforex MT4 platform works well with it.

Never trade with this broker, however this broker support many forums and if someone join a forum, 99% you can invest to this broker with thousands of good feedback.

MT5 is not popular as MT4, is that a failure of MetaQuotes team? From what I know, a broker have to spend up to 20k$ for full MT4 install (include ding a MT4 operating on server and customize MT4 for broker clients).
