What are the best criteria to use when choosing a forex broker?

I agree with the user above.
Decided to check out other brokers, such as aaafx, pepperstone, and hfm. They all have low spreads. It would be great if anyone who has traded with any of them could share their experience.

Good choices btw
Have been with aaafx for a while. So haven't faced any issues with them. Same with pepperstone; also good.
Tho, haven't tried out the other one.

When choosing a forex broker regulation, trading conditions, and commission is important to look at. As this can directly impact your trading.

regulation, execition, support and spreads. and in all honesty it depends on your trading style. one thing i like with hfm is i am now able to withdraw to ewallets which is big.

Do you have a real test or spread comparison table of these brokers for reference?

After plenty of years immersed in this industry, I see any broker that has more than 10-15 years of operation as credible to trade or the most critical criteria to trade with.

Serving the industry for more than a decade means earning a lot of reputation and credibililty else forex brokers these days are coming in and going out every single day.

The best criteria for choosing a forex broker include regulation and licensing, low and transparent fees, reliable trading platforms, fast execution, and secure fund management. Other factors are customer support, account types, leverage options, and educational resources. Evaluating these ensures safety, efficiency, and alignment with your trading goals.

Agree with all of these, especially execution. The number I actually track is slippage during liquidity sweeps. A broker can show 0.1 spread on EURUSD, then slip you 8 pips on NFP. I run HFM and LMFX side by side during high impact news and log the fills. The one with consistent fills gets my live account, even if spreads are 0.2 higher. Low fees mean nothing if you never get the price you clicked.
