General Bonus Terms and Conditions
1. All Bonuses will be credited within 24 working hours with the exception of “No Deposit Bonuses”.
2. Clients must fully verify their account information in accordance with ForexBrokerInc’s KYC requirements in order to receive a bonus.
It is obligatory for clients to provide their account managers with a valid telephone number alongside the requested documents in order to comply with full verification and be eligible for all promotions provided by ForexBrokerInc.3. When applying for the Promotion, you confirm that you have read and agreed with the present Bonus Terms and Conditions as well as the ForexBrokerInc General Terms and Conditions.
4. Bonuses may be rejected by a client at any time.
5. ForexBrokerInc, at its absolute discretion, offers bonuses to specific clients and residents of any country or region as it deems appropriate.
6. No partner’s commissions are paid for trading in any account that participates in the Promotion scheme.
7. Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the Promotion scheme. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the Promotion scheme is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“minors”). If you are a minor, you may not participate in the Promotion scheme.
8. The Company reserves the right to change and/or even terminate the terms and conditions any Promotion at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to the Client.
9. Persons associated with ForexBrokerInc, specific websites and/or social network sites whereby ForexBrokerInc may occasionally run certain promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the promotion is offered, are not allowed to participate any promotion.
10. The use of proxies is not allowed with respect to any such accounts either. All trading instruments that are available in the trading terminal may be used for trading.
11. The total bonus amount in a trading account cannot exceed $3,000 at any given time. ForexBrokerInc, at its sole discretion, can increase this amount to $10,000 for VIP members.
12. Bonuses will be removed from trading accounts upon any withdrawal request.
13. All limited promotions commence and terminate at midnight (00:00) Eastern Standard Time.
14. If there is any suspicion or indication of forex arbitrage trading, fraud, bonus abuse or any other form of bonus manipulation (such as risk free profiting), ForexBrokerInc, at its absolute discretion reserves the right to remove all previously credited bonuses from all trading accounts connected to the client, disqualify the client from all future bonuses and/or close or suspend all current orders and any profits gained. ForexBrokerInc also reserves the right to temporarily/permanently close all trading accounts affected. ForexBrokerInc shall not be liable for any ramification endured due to bonus cancellation.
15. Forexbrokerinc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline registration of any participant in any bonus scheme without having to explain the reasons and further reserves the right to disqualify any participant in any bonus scheme who tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation of the any bonus scheme, these Terms & Conditions and/or any of the Business Terms and Policies set forth on Forexbrokerinc Website.
16. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms & Conditions will be resolved by the management of Forexbrokerinc in the manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and/or binding on all participants. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. If any of these Terms & Conditions were to be translated into a language other than English, then the English version of these Rules of Engagement shall prevail where there is an inconsistency
Additional Bonus Terms and Conditions
Welcome Bonuses
18. “Welcome bonuses” are limited to one account per client.
19. Clients that never deposited at ForexBrokerInc and registered within the promotion period can receive the “welcome bonus”.
20. This promotion can be cancelled at the discretion of the company and will remain in effect for as long as the company sees fit to provide it based on the terms and conditions outlined here and in the customer agreement.
21. “Welcome Bonuses” cannot be withdrawn.
Loyalty Bonuses
22. “Loyalty bonuses” are limited to one account per client.
23. This promotion can be cancelled at the discretion of the company and will remain in effect for as long as the company sees fit to provide it based on the terms and conditions outlined here and in the customer agreement.
24. “Loyalty Bonuses” cannot be withdrawn.
No Deposit Bonuses
25. “No deposit bonuses” are limited to one account per client.
26. “No deposit bonuses” cannot be withdrawn.
27. “No deposit bonuses” are also limited to one IP per client and any family members, such as brothers, sisters, spouses, lineal descendants and collateral descendants are not allowed to participate in the Promotion.
28. clients that never deposited at ForexBrokerInc and registered within the “no deposit bonus” period can receive this offer.
29. To receive the “no deposit bonus”, the client must contact [email protected] and request the bonus within 30 days of the new account being created. After 30 days of registration the offer becomes invalid.
30. After claiming the “no deposit bonus”, it may take up to 24-72 working hours for the bonus to be credited to the Eligible Client’s account.
31. Clients can withdraw the Profits when the account Balance is over the “no deposit bonus” amount.
Exclusive Bonuses
32. Exclusive promotions that may be offered from time to time are only available for selected VIP clients.
33. ForexBrokerInc, at its sole discretion, can refuse a client the exclusive bonus if the client has made a recent withdrawal prior to the exclusive bonus offer. Clients who withdraw funds from their account and proceed to deposit prior to an exclusive bonus offer can be deemed as arbitrage bonuses abusers and therefore will not be eligible for the exclusive offer.
