10% Trading Credit Promotion Programme Terms and Conditions
I. A 10% Trading Credit of up to £1,000 for Live DFTrader/DF WebTrader/DFMobile trading accounts with a minimum funding of £100
All new clients who open a DFTarder/DF WebTrader/DFMobile account and fund their account with £100 (EUR; USD) or more will receive a Trading Credit of 10% – up to £1,000 (EUR; USD) – of their first deposited amount. The 10% Trading Credit will be applied to the client’s live account once the account has been funded by the client. The 10% Trading Credit can only be used as trading margin. Note that it cannot be withdrawn.
II. Conditions
1. You are eligible to receive the 10% Trading Credit directly into your live DFTrader/DF WebTrader/DFMobile trading account if:
- a) you are over eighteen (18) years of age;
- b) you are a DF Markets client who opens a DFTrader/DF WebTrader/DFMobile live account before 31 December 2014;
- c) you have never previously had a live trading account with DF Markets;
- d) you fund your account with a minimum of £100 (EUR; USD).
2. Anyone who meets the criteria above shall be deemed a “Qualifying Applicant”.
3. Any Qualifying Applicant shall be limited to one account only.
4. The 10% Trading Credit can be used only as a margin for trading and will not be available to withdraw as cash.
5. The 10% Trading Credit will be available for 30 days, after which it will be debited from the client’s account.
6. In the event of a withdrawal request, the outstanding account balance (less the 10% Trading Credit) must be equal to or greater than the original deposit which made them eligible to receive the trading credit. In any other case, the trading credit will be debited from the client’s trading account.
7. Employees of DF Markets and members of their immediate families cannot participate in the Promotion Programme.
III. Traded Financial Instruments
Clients will be able to trade all of the financial instruments available in the DFTrader/DF WebTrader/DFMobile platform. DF Markets reserves the right to add or remove financial instruments at any time without prior notification.
IV. Terminating participation in the 10% Trading Credit Promotion
1. Upon the expiration of the thirty (30) day period, DF Markets will debit the client’s trading account with the amount of the trading credit. Client’s open positions will be maintained subject to our standard Terms and Conditions of business.
2. DF Markets reserves the right to alter, amend, or terminate the 10% Trading Credit promotion program and its Terms and Conditions, or any aspect of them, at any time and without prior notice. You will be deemed to have been notified by us of any such changes upon our posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on our website. We recommend that you regularly revisit these Terms and Conditions.
3. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by DF Markets in a manner we deem, in our sole discretion, to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final.
