Well, most of the online programs like PTC that pays via paypal usually have here fees. Its better than to have it in payza as they have bigger fees. So far, I have some paypal funds but wondering when I'm going to withdraw or just sell it since I badly need the funds.

Yup, same here I do like already our local exchanger because we know how they are trusted and available online that's why we don't have problem in transacting with them. I just hope that there were also others who will try to be a local exchanger but with better rates like what we have.
