Practice in demo account. And if you still can't control your bad habit stop trading for a while. Lets say about two to three weeks. When you return try to trade in demo account and try to relearn trading. Eventually you can end up making good profit without any problem.

Having one broker is no problem. But its good if you can spread your funds in many broker sites as much as possible. In this way some how if one broker went down you can still end up having money to trade and earn back your loses.

NDD is good to trade if you know how to trade while PAMM is an investments form. So if you invest in here you can end up making good profit if that pamm manager know how to trade. I do believe that its better that you know first how to trade so that you can take advantage of each account features.
