I don't know about the OP but if I was happy with my forex income then I would definitely have traded full time. But alas I am not good enough to become a full time trader.

If a newbie is young and does not have a job then he can spend lots of time in forex. I have seen students saying that "I can spend a lot time in front of charts because I have lots of free time". But the thing is one should be able to take something from the market while doing so.

If someone is not confident enough then it is better to stick to demo in my opinion. And stay with demo until that person has a strategy with which he can make profit. Moving to a live account may bring loss.

I am not totally sure but Brexit effect must have diminished by now. GBP pairs must have found equilibrium and moving according to supply and demand. Because charts are not showing many unusual movements.

I can agree with the gambling part. There is a time limit and reward is always less then risk. One can do technical analysis but price movement within a time range is difficult to predict.

Books specifically read a few but have read lots of things. And studied lots of strategies which people have shared. Still do sometimes but not like before.

Well in my view whatever brings green pips is a good thing. I have nothing against any method of trading. We are in this market for profit and any way we can do that is good in my view.
