Well at first it is not uncommon to have doubts which later on turns in to regrets. In my opinion every trader goes through it and develops themselves so that they don't come in the way of trading.

Well can't totally disagree with you. But it is a good idea to try everything out if you are a newbie. Scalping will most likely to be appealing to the newbies because of it's short time span but without trying one will not gain experience or find out his trader personality.

Just my 2 cents. Knowledge is necessary but knowledge alone is not enough to make profit in this business. To be profitable in this business one needs to have a plan with which he or she will bring positive pips.

I have not come across any accurate money management technique. If there is a thing then I have not heard of it. Also it is safe to assume that almost every newbie trader will lose at beginning.

That should be normal for new traders as demo does not train emotions. And if they have been successful on demo then they should get success on live as well after training their emotions. It will just take more time.
