Well,it would all depend on the ability of a person assimilating what he or she has learnt. It is not a must to get a tutor,you can still learn through,webinars,seminars,videos,magazines etc. The way we assimilate is quite different. So I would say you can learn forex any way it suits the trader.

The way I see it,forex can't change the life of a poor,the truth is the poor trader would be trading with small fees and the profits he gets from it can never change his life. I the poor trader can only make profits and not change his/her life.

Yes,you are very correct,the fees are still small compared to likes of Egopay/STP/Skrill and Paypal. I only said PM want there users to get verified simply because they are aware that so many people are money conscious,they would even prefer to get verified simply because they want to pay less fees.

I have really learnt my lesson from LR. I don't leave huge funds in any of my payment processors account. Loosing can come from payment processor that we do not even think of,let me say payza. I would make use of any recognised payment processor,so far exchangers are buying it in my country.
