If Payco got no exchangers, it's as good as dead because there's no way anyone can get his funds in or out of there. I am of the opinion that instead of them to split cash around, far much better if they would use that money to lure in exchangers.
@anosocialnet, there are quite a lo try of reasons these things happen and in the case of skrill, it centers around financial regulations of the country, fraud status of the country and their anti money laundering policy.
The issue about getting verified with PayPal is that there are few legal and acceptable way from/by PayPal and in between, many illegal ways a user can get verified, if not, there wouldn't be so many people from unaccepted countries who are conveniently using PayPal to transact.
It will be pretty difficult dear unless PM goes down which is more like a mirage. Take a swipe across exchangers or even try to log into all payment processors website to view their exchangers, I'm sure PM has the highest number of exchangers and mostly, among the high values so the popularity...
I don't doubt the possibility of using it to verify PayPal. I think if there are no hidden charges with the card, then it's fine. Neteller is really one of those payment processors that offer their users a wide range of good offers to choose from and I can see it from their review.
It mustn't be a local exchanger before your cash can get to your bank account. If pecunnix has an international exchanger that can convert to another currency, then why not. You change it to any other which is acceptable in your country and free you are.
There's even a feature they got which I like a lot. Very similar to that of PM. But here, your IP changes and you got an option to turn it off so wouldn't be disturbed or denied access to your account. This is one great feature that gives you an option to choose how to access your access...
@hadg33 and @rexway, it doesn't touch me if I am denied of a lot of things by Okpay for not getting verified. The fact remains that I am simply fine being an unverified user cos my document don't just fly around online to some payment processor that has no legal agreement with any one. I guess...
@anosocialnet, the issue of Payza and coin generation was caused by coin generation and Payza did it to protect the interest of the average user and not coin generation. Users reported CG to PZ of not fulfilling their own part if the obligation and they had to withhold or freeze CG account.
When I heard about the DMT offer for HD-Money payment request, I decided to run some few research to see if I can get some exchangers for it, I tried the egopay site and it was only payment base that was close but guess what, they had less than a dollar in their reserve to exchange.
Egopay is really enhancing their security system and I think they are really up to some secured one this time. I came across this in a forum and when I went through the extract, it was simply a time well spent.

@anosocialnet, no, exchangers buying PayPal don't use proxy. They have annex offices in countries where PayPal is accepted mainly USA. They have US verified PayPal account and I don't know about buying it especially for my country but they can help you buy something from a store that accepts...
That's exactly what I mean. The email that it entered into has absolutely nothing to do with other online activities but my PM. I am beginning to believe a mail one of my exchangers sent me sometime ago as their main reason for not having anything to do with PM.
@sindarin, you are not the only one in that as I have tried a couple of times to access their site. It's something from their own end because I even tried from a mobile but couldn't.
I think a lot of people simply have that believe that Forex is all about the money. Once you are a Forex trader, it simply means you are good to go when it comes to making money. They just have that wrong impression of what Forex is in the widest definition.
In recent times even, some of the countries are simply trying to embrace Bitcoin, not as a currency but as a commodity which I think should be the concept. It could be an asset but because there is absolutely no way a country can claim it as the means of buying and selling, that automatically...
It's not just the money but the satisfaction of not losing Forex or your funds to scam. Trading in Forex doesn't mean profit always or a business that has already been confirmed that the trader is now a rich person but at least, there is always a hope in a long run.
Demo trading is a necessity for success and not necessarily a compulsory learning process. It is no doubt that there are traders who skip trading in the Demo account but it never stopped them from becoming successful. It never removed anything from them besides that learning stage.
May be the trader won't lose if he invests it in a PAMM that has got so much skills and trading knowledge that there could be some degree of assurance. But then, trading on your own with the said capital is only but inviting losses because Forex without skills is as good as not even attempting...
@rexway, I can remember before now, learning Forex wasn't that easy. You really have to learn the hard way because I have heard a family friend saying he never had the opportunity to learn with a Demo account. He only used bonuses offered by brokers as a means of his own virtual capital.
