I don't really get your posts,you mean it is against paypal rules if you exchange your funds to other payment processors or what exactly are yu trying to point out. Well,I think only few exchangers that are ready to exchange paypal funds to other payment processors because of the dispute feature.

exchanging paypal balance forbid their rules, i think you can visit their TOS to know the clear one, because until now paypal doesn't want their balance to be like LR's balance or Egopay's balance which you can easily exchange, maybe since they are one of the most trustable payment processor ever.

Yep its against their rules to exchange our Paypal funds but ive seen an exchanger in my country that has introduced Paypal exchange as a new service. Yet, paypal services arent available in my country.

Paypal is a good payment procesosr and I can tell you that paypal is being rpeferred by many on business and other types of the website. It is surely missing some of the countries in middle east, africa and some parts of europe and asia. but they are so far doing good without much of a problem that is for sure.

They can't approve the countries that have issues or problems in the use of the payment processors and we can have read those things online and research about it if only all countries are good and will not problem in the transactions then Paypal might consider every country.

But still it is quite hard to become a real thing in 5 years later, i am sure they will added or if not they won't add any other countries aside from the country that they accepted right now, it is so bad that they are strict if only they want to expand their services many people will happy with it.

in investment sites? or in HYIP? i also hope you will give me some stastic why LR outshone Paypal, while Paypal is the most used payment processor in the world, and i guess accepting your country alone doesn't make them a great payment processor, so far i see that also i cannot hold myself when you said in some months time PM or WMZ would take over paypal. Paypal rank in Alexa is 56 while PM and WMZ about more than 1000 , The most popular(kaskus) forum in my country even has better Alexa rank than WMZ and PM, so far i see paypal will never beaten by anyone even up to 2014 or 2015, unless US govt or FBI do the same thing like they do to LR.

Yeah that is them, i also think right now that they are trying as the best as they can to fight againts fradulent activities, and it is very good to use for shopping for for earning money in online business, but i still cannot optimize them for a moment, while i still think that they are a good payment processor.

Paypal isn't for the investment thing and you can use it mostly in the online shopping and other transactions that other payment processors can use. Why you will need here verification here in order to have investment using Paypal, you are ridiculous. Think that they will be then, caught because, they are doing scam and fraud.

Online payment processor itself should be used for basic thing, I mean same as you: online shopping and money as gift transferring and Paypal can't be better than that. Investment should be made through bank or credit card but bank is the best.

I have always liked paypal and hope that someday, they would include my country in their list. It is the most trusted payment processor with enhanced security features and the good thing about them is that you can easily buy from most merchant sites with paypal.

These days noticed that paypal is taking less than 2 days for the payout to the bank. I am in india and they are doing scuh good job for moving the funds to the bank. that said, it would not be hard to see that there are not much of people who are going to be there for the payment processing. it would not be hard to get money in the bank when you get paid with paypal

As long as you can provide some data when you raising your dispute then that is not a big deal to fight againts scammers, we will easily win. and about investment program, i think they are strict with it, since you need a lot of steps before they verified your business, but for HYIP it is a big NO for them, for Forex i think they will allow it as long as that brokers is good enough and can provide their data to Paypal.

Well, there are still scammers who are able to win in their dispute. Because, in Paypal dispute mostly those who have the funds previously or the one who send the payment able to get back the funds and most of the time won in that system. Though, I haven't tried it yet.

The dispute system, just like Riddick has said can be misused by scammers but i think Paypal will be able to get them because even though i dont know how the dispute system of paypal works, paypal is likely to require proof from the scammer filing the dispute which if isn't provided, the dispute request will be rejected.

I mean investment sites,the only investment sites that accepts paypal is Forex and PTC,the rest never supports paypal. The alexa rank is far better than that of PM or WMZ,but I want you to see what would happen before middle of next year.
