You are right. If traders rely on other method to make pips from the market then it is not going to bring positive pips in the long run. They have to build their own method and trade based on that.

Well there are many ways smartphones come handy but I am in a situation where I don't need to go away from my PC. I know it is beneficial for others for various activities. But what I dislike about mobile trading is the small charts. They are a pain to the eyes. lol

You made a good point. And for that reason a trader needs choose a non dealing desk broker who also can fulfill his trading needs. Broker plays a major role in a trader's success.

Good suggestion. I my self always determine a stop loss before entering a trade. I know how bad it can get if I don't use a stop loss on my trade. So stop loss is a prerequisite for my entry.

Overconfidence is a bad trait and a killer for a trader. Not just in forex but overconfidence is not good anywhere. It can only damage a trader so never get overconfident.

For me it is my PC. I am nowhere any comfortable with charts as I am with my PC. The same goes for my other work. My efficiency just decreases if I am not doing things on my PC. lol

You are right. As long as we can learn something from our mistakes we are gaining something. We are not totally in loss. But if we are only taking loss then it is where we lose.
