That was really bad that as we thought this is one of the major things that they will improve as they said before that they will be adding more customer support but if it's still slow in replying then that was really a big disappointment as we don't know anymore.

Its seems since this site change its name from alertpay to payza theirs no demand for payza in my exchange business but in the last two weeks suddenly theirs so many who like to have payza. I wonder why. I wonder what is the reason and what is happening why payza suddenly turn out to be popular.

For me I have not tried to withdraw so i don't have opinion about their withdrawal for now. After all there's no bank withdrawal options for my country. That's why I don't use this one for now.

I just feel at loss with payza right now. I don't know how long its going to be a good processor but since right now liberty reserve is more popular than payza I guess payza will going to be a second grade processor like okpay and skrills. Unlike before that alertpay is almost trying to be paypal. But now paypal is undisputed number one and liberty reserve second.

Its funny that now I don't use payza many are asking for payza or many are trying to exchange their payza. Right now I don't know if I'm going to use payza again or not. I just don't feel or comfortable using payza. Since payza is just looking its rating. Unlike paypal and LR that is still do increase popularity.

Well, I am now using my Payza account actually I have some funds already in here, and I think when I make some withdrawal in JBP then I will use Payza but if I am having some difficulty because of the limitation then gonna use LR but right now, I prefer using it to have some funds.

My filed dispute was successful to have 60% of the funds back to my account although it took me more than a month to able to have the response from their team or support. So far, I usually used my payza to just invest in online programs.
