@indieover really? I didn't know that if you have accumulated over 2000 dollars in your lifetime you need to upgrade to personal pro. That is really bad. Why would they need to force you to do that. Other payment processors like PP would never force you to do anything like that. I guess Payza just wants to get as much profits as possible, without really thinking about customers needs.

I don't know if we would be upgraded upon that limit now as they have changed their name. Maybe they have changed somethings on their fees and rules also. But if nothing has changed then that is what would happen to your account once reaching the $2000 transaction.

I don't think so. They just changed their name or company but then its not going to change according to their features or comparison to the new alertpay which is payza. I know there's limit but from what I know that when we have reached something big monthly then we will be upgraded and will have bigger fees or always have fees for every transactions.

That is why I may just open another account using the name of any family member and use that account. Although I don't think I would need to do that anytime soon because I rarely receive money in my account anyway.

Yeah, so far, I don't worry much of upgrading because of big transactions since I also don't have big funds here or received on my account. That's why I still make in unverified. I'm just glad to have exchangers who will buy my AP funds easily and with good offer. Well, my sister also have an account so I can use that too lol.

What I remember is that if your transaction reach 2,000 dollars its going to change to personal starter to personal pro and you will have higher fees.
But since your account is still unverified I don't know what will happen to your account if you reach 2,000 dollars total transaction.
But I'm happy to say that mine I got verified using sms only. And since I have three cellphone number I'm happy. lols.

@budado and how is 2,000 dollars in transaction calculated. Is that sending and receiving money as well? Or is it counted as well when you withdraw to the banks.

Of course it is the money you have received in total that is something calculated for your limit on your account. But I don't know if we can easily see how much total amount we have received in our account already

I am surprised that AP renamed itself to Payza. As I tried to access Alertpay, it redirect me to payza, the interface are almost the same as well as the design and I wonder why they decided to change their name?

yeah you will be redirected to their new link or url. that is because they have changed their name and they have not retained their old url or name any more. but i think that the members are quickly adjusting to the new name of this payment processor.
