Your post will be eligible for a prize if it's part of a discussion between you & other members (the topic doesn't matter).

I would suggest to keep the original. Paying with varied rates depending on posts will be a lot better than fixed rates. I think paying up to 15 cents per post will attract members and will motivated them to make long and quality posts.

Personally, I prefer variable rate as:

- Got paid for what I deserved.
- Motivate members to contribute good contents for the forum.
- Forum more stable as easy for admin control cash-flow: higher rate when forum has more revenue and opposite. Long-term paying forum is much better than paying with high rate for few months and no longer PTP after that!

"The first post in every page" is a nice mod for forum but it is not good in Google eyes as it caused duplicate meta tag. Therefore, I removed it.

The removal of PTC folder may decrease the post count, if you have posts in that folder. :)

Our forum has high ranking compare with newly launch forex forum in last year but the competitive still really high. We are PR3 and Alexa around 73k. Not bad ;)
