The latest is that a Nikkei article (later today?) will say the BOJ is preparing to announce another 10 trillion yen in quantitative easing. Earlier a rumor circulated that no new easing was coming.
The meeting is on Friday (late tonight in US time) and I can’t remember this much anticipation about a BOJ decision in a long time. I also can’t imagine them saying anything that will hurt USD/JPY.
