Rules of the Contest

Date and time of the next contest stage:

• Start: 25.08.2014 00:00 (server time).
• Finish: 05.09.2014 22:00 (server time).
• Results and winners naming: 08.09.2014 00:00.

Registration to participate in the contest:

• each participant has the right to register only one account;
• each account is opened by the following link: http://contest.nordfx.com/;
• when registering an account, the conestant is obliged to provide true information (participants’ names and addresses are confidential and won’t be disclosed);
• trading results of each participant are available in “monitoring of contest accounts” http://contest.nordfx.com/monitoring/ or in Мetatrader4 with investor’s password NordFX;
• the accounts that are not included in monitoring are not allowed to participate in the contest;
• the initial deposit for participation is $ 10 000;
• leverage is 1:100;
• it is not allowed to make any transactions before the beginning or after the end of the contest;
• each participant has to close all opened positions and delete all pending orders by the end of the contest;
• at the end of the next phase of the contest the account becomes closed but remains available for public inspection;
• it is not allowed to work from the same IP address on different accounts participating in the contest;
• for each occurrence of the same IP addresses for different accounts these accounts will be disqualified banned; it is not allowed to work via proxy server or with the help of the programs changing real IP address;
• it’s allowed to use any trading strategies and expert advisors;
• all instruments, except the metals (XAUUSD, XAGUSD), are available for trading.

Summary:

• the prizes are credited only for the real trading account of the participant and are available for withdrawal, as well as for trading;
• the winners are those participants whose account deposits are of the largest;
• ten consolation prizes will be randomly allotted among the participants from the 11th to the 100th places inclusive;
• if the deposit sizes of two or more participants of the contest are equal, prize amount is divided between them in equal shares;
• in order to get the prize, each participant must open a new real trading account, verify it and send the request containing contest account login, password and the number of real account.

NordFX has a right to:

• disqualify a participant without prior notice in the event that the participant has violated the rules of the contest;
• annul a participant’s results, as well as the prize award in the event that the participant has violated the rules of the contest;
• settle all disputed results by NordFX administration;
• all company’s decisions are final and not subject to revision;
• use the information associated with prize accounts for promotional purposes and publish it in any sources of information.
